Solis Dornan grew up in the western US, between New Mexico and Wyoming. His love for music and the culture of spanish guitar in New Mexico led him into a career as a classical guitarist.

Currently a student at Oberlin Conservatory studying under Stephen Aron, Solis has already received significant critical acclaim, including from the Tuesday Music Association in Ohio, as well as the Aspen Music Festival and School.
